Plant Nappy®
Plant Nappy sits under a huge range of plant machinery and hand-held equipment to adsorb oil and prevent it from reaching the ground, protecting the environment.
The side wall allows rainfall to escape at a considerable rate but also filter out any oil residue that may have been picked up by water. The base offers rapid adsorption of oils and fuels, but more importantly traps the oil in one place. Liners offer the same features as the internal base but with one key difference, the liner is removable.

Plant Nappy and Liners are available in 3 standard sizes and are popular portable spill containment products when carrying out repairs on site.
- Vinyl coated polyester mesh.
- Abrasion resistant – can withstand the harshest of site environments, and still perform
- Fire retardant – the product’s materials have been chosen to be self-extinguishing.
- Oil & chemical resistant.
- UV resistant – excellent resistance to colour fade and UV breakdown.
- High tensile strength – made from the toughest materials, whilst also being portable and flexible.
- Temperature resistance, -20°C to 107°C.
- Woven Olefin fabric coated with Olefin resin.
- Stain, chemical, and mildew resistant.

Reusable – if using a liner, once the product has been saturated with oil, you can either squeeze the oil free and fit the liner back into place, or pressure wash it in a controlled environment and allow to dry and then refit.
If the liner is not used in the nappy, pressure was in the controlled environment and allow to dry then refit.
