Drainseal wall bracket
For use with the mechanical drain blocker. The wall bracket is suitable for long term outdoor storage and will ensure that you drain seal is immediately available in vulnerable ares to mitigate risks.
Provides maximum protection and is easily positioned due to the carrying handles. The clamping system of the drain seal ensures the seal on the drain will not lift. The locking key is easily secured via the clamp handle. It is designed to reused in high risk areas and especially relevant to sites governed by environmental regulations including Control Of Major Accident Hazards, Regulations (COMAH) and Environmental Permitting Licensed Sites (EPL).

Description
Drainseal wall bracket
For use with the Drainseal mechanical drain blocker, a mulit-use, reusable seal that securely clamps onto the drain giving maximum protection. The clamping system ensures the seal on the drain will not lift, even with back pressure. It is simply the most effective drain cover on the market and ensures spilt liquids do not enter the drain.

Composition:
- 20mm HDPE body.
- 50 x 50mm closed cell neoprene sponge sealing strip.
- Stainless steel locking handle and T bar.
- Chrome lifting handles.
Instructions for Use:
The Drainseal is placed centrally over the drain. The T bar is then located below and between the central grid bars, rotated through 90 degrees and the handle used to clamp the seal tight against the edges of the drain using the weight of the drain grid.
Compatibility:
- Resistant to a wide spectrum of chemicals. Specific resistances available on request.
Temperature Tolerance:
- Drainseal units will remain unaffected and fully functional from -30 to +100°C.
- At -30 to -40°C the sealing strip will stiffen.
- The sealing strip and body will remain serviceable up to 100°C.
- Resistance to certain aggressive liquids may be reduced at elevated temperatures.
Fire Resistance:
- The sealing strip sponge is flame-resistant.
- The HDPE body will melt and burn if exposed to very high temperatures for long periods as in an intense fire.
- Drainseal units in general are unlikely to combust unless subjected to prolonged direct contact with a sizeable naked flame.
- Once alight they will tend to self-extinguish unless the flame is sustained from elsewhere.
- Extinguish with CO2, foam or dry powder. If involved in a fire, Drainseals may emit harmful vapours; self-contained breathing apparatus should be worn.

Standard Delivery Charge
- Our standard delivery charge is £18.00 + VAT for orders up to 25 kgs.
- Orders over 25 kgs are charged for by weight and vary depending upon postcode.
Large and Heavy Items
- Products that are large, bulky and heavy will normally incur additional charges as these ship on pallets.
- Any additional charges will be displayed in the shopping basket once the delivery address has been entered.
- Where items include “FREE to England and Wales” surcharges will be applied for postcodes not deemed to be within these areas and may include some islands.
Postcode restrictions
- Certain areas within the UK attract additional surcharges, these include Scotland, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Delivery times
- We aim to delivery during normal business hours (8:00am – 6:00pm) Monday to Friday.
- Standard delivery times are 2 – 3 days however this is always subject to stock availability and forward orders.
- For order received before 12:30hrs, we aim to process these same day. Orders placed after 12:30hrs will be processed the following working day.
- If you need to let us know of any special delivery instructions please provide these at checkout.
- It is really important to provide as much information as possible.
- If we are unable to deliver as arranged, then we reserve the right to levy an additional charge for the second attempted delivery.
- Please note that we will not attempt a third delivery, your order will be returned to us.
