CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – A MESSAGE TO CUSTOMERS
At Spill Kits Directs and OPEC, we are actively monitoring the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation.
We wanted to let you know what we’re doing in response to the Coronavirus outbreak to protect our staff and customers.
We’re following the government health advice to make sure our customers and our colleagues stay safe and we are putting all the necessary measures in place to ensure this advice is followed by everyone.
We understand this is a challenging time and we’ve put our robust business continuity plans into action so we can make sure we can still supply our services and products to all customers.
Our office-based colleagues are to now work from home. OPEC’s team of engineers will continue to support and service our customers machines. As a service provider, we will continue to do our very best to ensure your services continue. The health and safety of our employees is important to us, and we’re asking for your help and support to protect them and you and your families. If you are due a visit from one of our engineers, we will check before we visit your site whether we can visit.
We have adjusted our parcel handling procedures from Spill Kits Direct, you can request how and where we deliver your parcel to. We are keeping our ways of working under continuous review. There may be more changes in the coming days and weeks.
We have strong contingency plans in place to ensure our business is kept moving. We have extensive experience in being able to quickly deploy plans, so we continue to provide customers with access to our products and services.
